Women from all walks of life are members of the QCWA and they join for a variety of reasons. The QCWA means something different to everyone and that’s the way we like it.

The QCWA has been providing holiday accommodation for families since 1923. Over the years, various properties have been acquired all along the Queensland coast.
Most are in fabulous locations – some directly on the beach.
Today, the QCWA owns and operates 15 properties including cottages and units.
By staying in QCWA accommodation, you are actively supporting the QCWA and giving back to Queensland communities. So, when you are looking for somewhere to holiday, consider a QCWA get away.

PATIENT TRAVEL SUBSIDY SCHEME
Queensland Health provides assistance to patients, and in some cases their carers, to enable them to access specialist medical services that are not available locally. A subsidy is provided to approved patients and carers (escorts) to assist in the cost of travel and accommodation to the nearest specialist medical service that is more than 50 km from the patient’s nearest hospital.
RFH on Gregory motel is one of the motels recommended by Queensland Health, as it is close to hospitals and other services.

The QCWA would like to thank the following for their valued support.
