  • Lunches: $20pp per day
    (served in a buffet station in the
    Grand Ballroom foyer)
    • Broccoli pasta salad with salmon & sunflower seeds
    • Mixed leaf salad with aged balsamic vinaigrette
    • House made mini muffins
    • Sliced tropical fruits.

    - Sandwiches • Roast Turkey breast with cranberry, brie cheese & wild rocket
    • champagne sliced ham with Swiss cheese & Dijon mustard
    • Mediterranean vegetables with pesto charred vegetable, feta, microgreens & olive crumb
