  • Gala Dinner: $55pp
    - Main (alternate drop):
    • Grilled Barramundi fillet with broccolini, fennel & kale slaw.
    • Roasted Beef strip loin with Pommes Anna, blistered cherry tomatoes, broccolini & red wine jus.



    - Dessert (alternate drop):
    • Warm sticky date pudding with salted caramel, cream yuzu gel & tulie
    • Strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberry salsa & meringue

    **Alcoholic Beverages can be purchased at the Gala Dinner by individuals. NOTE: Eftpos payments only. NO Cash.

✨ The QCWA Gala “Diamonds and Pearls” Dinner Inspired by the timeless beauty of diamonds and pearls. Guests are encouraged to dress in formal or semi-formal attire with a touch of vintage glamour. 

Dinner & Entertainment:  A sit-down 2 course(alternative drop) meal accompanied by live music, raffles and great company!
